Katie, the owner, works with all major insurance companies, however does not accept Medicaid or Medicare plans at this time. Please reach out to her to check your insurance prior to your first appointment.

How much will sessions cost?

The cost of sessions at Sonder Wellness KC is up to each individual therapist, since we are a collection of providers. Katie’s self-pay rate is $125 for a 52 minute session. Cost of sessions is dependent on each insurance plan.

What is your late cancellation/no show policy?

To cancel or reschedule a session, please reach out to your individual provider directly. Katie’s policy requires 24-hour notice for cancelation or rescheduling within the week of cancelation to avoid fees. Any no show for an appointment is charged the full self-pay rate.

How do I schedule an appointment?
